My First Wedding Cake!

I made this as a gift to my friends, Nir & Anat for their wedding in June. I took inspiration from the brides dress (she wore a black ribbon bow around her waist).

Top layer was Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Second Layer was Chocolate Cake with Coffee Buttercream

Bottom Layer was Vanilla Cake with Orange Buttercream

Decorated with Fondant & Sugar paste flowers & ribbon.

Cake of Africa - requested as a leaving gift for someone relocating to Congo (hence the flag) who works in agriculture (hence the leaves)
